Following the Shareholders’ Meeting held on last 28 April that approved the amendment of art. 13, paragraph 1 of the Corporate by-Laws, raising the maximum number of Board members from 9 to 11, pursuant to art. 65 bis, paragraph 2 of the Issuer Regulations, we inform that the Corporate by-Laws is available to the public at the company headquarters and on the Company website, www.marr.it, under the Corporate Governance section, and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
