In order to contribute to the prevention of offences, conduct implemented in violation of the Organizational Model (Legislative Decree 231/2001), of the Code of Ethics, of the Anti-Corruption Policy and, in general, of violations or internal irregularities of the corporate procedures adopted, as well as of national or European laws or regulations, MARR S.p.A. has adopted, in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, a Reporting System which allows all individuals having working and professional relationships with MARR to report, even anonymously, acts or facts that may constitute a violation of the aforementioned regulations.
