Who we are

MARR incorporated in 1972 and listed on the Euronext STAR Milan Segment of Borsa Italiana, is the leading company in Italy in the specialized distribution of food and non-food products to the foodservice and is controlled by Cremonini S.p.A.. Through an organization made up of over 950 employees and 900 commercial employees, the MARR Group serves about 55,000 customers (mainly restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, tourist villages, company canteens), with an offer that includes over 25,000 food products, including seafood, meat, various foodstuffs, fruit and vegetables and with a significant offer of green, sustainable and Made in Italy products. The company operates throughout the country through a logistics-distribution network made up of over 40 distribution units, some of which with cash & carry, which also include 4 logistics platforms and makes use of over 850 vehicles.

Training

MARR invests continuously in training and through the MARR Academy, a "company laboratory" created to encourage the development of technical and transversal skills and support professional development, involves its Employees and Collaborators in training sessions both in traditional face-to-face both in online mode.
In 2019, the "Let's take care of our future" program was also activated as a concrete opportunity to enhance Employees and Collaborators and offer them the opportunity to express their potential and realize professional growth that leads on the one hand to increase satisfaction and motivation of the Persons, on the other the contribution that they can provide to the Company.

MARR's commitment and sustainable development goals
