MARR is controlled by Cremonini SpA with a share of 50.42% of the capital. According to art 120 of the Consolidated Law on Finance ("TUF"), Fidelity LLC has a share of 4.99%, the free floating amounts to 42.49% of the capital, net of treasury shares for 2.10% of the capital.
