MARR S.p.A. (Milan: MARR.MI), the leading company in Italy in the distribution of food products to the foodservice sector, has made it known that the Board of Directors meeting called for today, by resolution approved by the Board of Statutory Auditors, has appointed Claudia Cremonini as Director in replacement of Vincenzo Cremonini, who, after the recent resignation of last 1 June from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and, always due to professional reasons, resigned also from the position of Director.

The Board of Directors expressed to Vincenzo Cremonini esteem and recognition for his doings.
