PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 concerning the protection of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform you that the Data Controller you provided is MARR S.p.A. INFORMATION ACCORDING TO ART. 13 OF D.LGS 196/03 AND REG. EU 679/2016 (GDPR)

If you want:
(1) send us requests for information about the MARR Group through the dedicated form ("contact us") on the MARR website (www.marr.it): in order to follow up on your requests, for example by spontaneous sending of messages that entail the subsequent acquisition of name, surname, telephone, e-mail address of the sender or other data that you wish to voluntarily communicate to us, by means of a specific consent button on the form "contact us", consent to the processing of the data provided.
(2) fill out the personal information form in the "Work with Us" section: must, by means of a specific consent key, consent to the processing of the data provided for send your Curriculum Vitae for possible work with MARR.

The data provided for the aforementioned purposes will be handled in paper and computerized (also with the aid of automated tools) in order to be able to: if necessary answer (1), process your data for the purpose of your job application to the internal of MARR case (2).
The data will be processed by MARR (here represented by Data Controllers, internal and / or external as possible service providers, specifically appointed by the same) in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/03 and EU Reg. 679/2016, according to current regulations (and therefore in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights) and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in this statement.

In the case of internal Data Controllers:
a) for requests for information referred to in point (1), the Data Controllers is the IT department, which can be contacted through the same form ("contact us") that appears on the site.
b) to send data for job application purposes within the MARR referred to in point (2), the Data Controller is the Human Resources Department, which can be contacted through the same form ("Work with Us") that appears on the site.
Within the aforementioned purposes, the data may be communicated by MARR to other companies of the MARR Group.

Specific security measures are observed to maintain adequate security, including protection through appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The data will be stored at the offices of MARR and the appointed Data Controllers, for the time necessary to provide the requested service: 24 months, and subsequently deleted.
MARR will perform on the data only the operations necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated in this information.

You will have the right, free of charge and at any time, to exercise the rights provided by the current legislation, by sending a specific request with the same form that is on the site, including the right to:
• update / integrate, modify and / or correct and / or cancel (partially or totally) your personal data or limit its processing;
• receive confirmation of the existence, origin and purpose of the processing of your personal data;
• revoke the consent at any time to the processing of personal data, without however prejudicing the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
• oppose all or part of any unlawful data processing;
• propose a complaint to a supervisory authority;
• receive a copy of the data supplied by you and request that such data be transmitted to another data controller.
